Samsung today announced the acquisition of 10% of the company Pantech maker of Smartphones third-placed among the top manufacturers of mobile in Genoese based Korea official. The value of this transaction is a U.S. $ 47.6 million, to promote the Samsung through its position in the market and take advantage of mobile components produced by Pantech.
